Upasna is an active participant in the India Fintech Ecosytem and has helped and supported multiple Fintechs through her Consulting practice, helping them with productization, go-to-market strategy and strategic BFSI partnerships. She has previously worked with HDFC Bank, Indusind Bank and CreditMantri. She also serves on FICCI's executive committee on women entrepreneurship and is a regular speaker at various industry and educational forums.
